preamble Hayley Redmond is a Radio Producer, Presenter and voice-over artist. She produced programmes for BBC Radio 4 in 2015 (Pete & Clive – the song writing partnership of Clive James & Pete Atkin) and BBC Radio 2 in 2016 (Much Ado About Comedy – presented by Matt Lucas & The Legendary Dame Angela Lansbury – interviewed by Emma Thompson). She has worked for Somethin' Else & Wise Buddah Productions, RIG (hosting Master classes), BBC Surrey & Sussex & Jazz FM as well as writing and producing her own podcasts for London Jazz interviewing international Jazz Artists. She won the Gold Award for 'Best Specialist Music Programme' at the National HBA Awards 2013. Previously Hayley acted as a Music Agent and PR under her own banner for six years and travelled with bands and solo performers to Jazz Festivals and private events Worldwide. She helped to launch the career of singer-songwriter Imelda May. Hayley graduated from University with a 2:1 degree in Theatre Arts and Performance. She has lived and worked in London for the past twenty two years, and recently moved to live by the sea in Dorset.
network radio experience Hayley has produced three speech and music documentaries for BBC Radio 4 & 2 in 2015 & 2016; She is currentl producing and presenting for the Breakfast programme on BBC Radio Solent (2017); She has reported for BBC Radio Surrey & Sussex in 2014.
network tv experience Hayley formerly acted as a Production Coordinator on a freelance basis for Independent London TV companies (Independent Image; Ardent Productions; Hilltop Pictures) as well as acting as a personal assistant to the film producer Sarah Radclyffe. She started as a runner at Shepperton Film Studios for films such as 'Lost in Space'.
